Adobe Connect recording missing video and audio for one presenter

I am working on editing the video from a webinar we held yesterday using Adobe Connect, and I have discovered that the recording of the webinar is missing the audio and the video from one of our two presenters. The presenter's name is listed under presenters and I can see her microphone flash when she is speaking, but there is no audio and her video box is black. Everything was fine during the webinar itself. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
