Question

Adobe Connect Recording Not Converting

I'm attempting to make a recording offline as an MP4, but I am not getting the recording summary dialog box that's supposed to pop when the conversion is complete. There is a file in the location where I wanted to save it, but it's just a blank, zero-second recording of nothing. Any idea what's going wrong?

    It may just be the browser blocking pop-ups.

    Please post the name of the program you use so a Moderator may move this message to that forum
    -A program would be Photoshop or After Effects or InDesign or Premiere Pro or ???

    It's Adobe Connect that I'm having the issue with. I'm trying to get the MP4 version of an Adobe Connect meeting recording.
