Adobe Connect Recording Will Not Open/Play

I have a recording from a meeting conducted in 2016 that will no longer open/play.  It just says "connecting" but it never opens.  I also get the pop up below.

I receive this same pop up on some of my other recording links but they open/play.  Any advice?

    There is a chance that the file is corrupted.  If you contact Adobe Support and open a case, they have techs that can examine the file to see if it can be fixed.  Since that is the only recording not working I would start with them:
