Adobe Connect requiere Flash Player 13.0 o posterior

Intento abrir una grabación de una conferencia de la cual me compartieron la URL pero me sale el aviso Adobe Connect requiere Flash Player 13.0 o posterior, ya revise y flash player esta actualizado y activado pero sigue saliendo el aviso, he probado en Chrome y Edge y en los dos es la misma situación. Mi S.O es Windows 10

Hasta hace un mes podía verlas sin problema,

Ayuda por favor es urgente

    With Chrome you can click the Install Flash link and it will then just ask to run Flash. Edge may be the same, but I don't use that browser.

    If you click on the lock in Edge it gives you the website permission for Flash.

    If you click Download Flash you may get this box

    where you can click one of the Allow options
