Adobe Connect: Screen black during breakout

When we started breakout sessions the second time - a couple of the groups could not see the screen.  They said it was black.

hen I entered the same break out group I could see all.

Have you heard of this happening before and what can be done to fix it?  Or should we have had them exit and return?

We ended up ending the break out session and bringing all back together.
