Adobe Connect telephony services are currently unavailable

Hi all.

I  set up PGI-NA as my conference provider, and had one of my clients get the webID and password for one of her conference lines.  She was able to go into her Audio Profile page, select New Profile and enter the information.  However, when she tries to save it, the above error appears.  Where should I start in trying to figure out why this isn't working?

    The integrated plugin needs to be configured by the administrator properly.  There is a telephony XML file that requires more than just your account name and password.  There is a document on the Adobe Support site that describes how to setup the audio integration.  The install guide lists the steps as well but you will need to talk to PGi's support line to have them provide you with the proper settings.
