Adobe Connect Training Status

We recently upgraded to Adobe Connect 10.6.1 and have noticed that the user's status does not update after they complete a course. The transcript shows status as in progress and sometimes the score is overwritten causing the student to retake the course not saving their scores.

    I would contact Connect Support and have them verify that there isn't an issue with the account after the upgrade. https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-support.html

    Thanks for the response. I've spoken via telephone, webinar and e-mail to Adobe Connect Support. I also sent a video. I'm waiting for a response. Maybe they are troubleshooting the issue.
