We recently upgraded to Adobe Connect 10.6.1 and have noticed that the user's status does not update after they complete a course. The transcript shows status as in progress and sometimes the score is overwritten causing the student to retake the course not saving their scores.
Thanks for the response. I've spoken via telephone, webinar and e-mail to Adobe Connect Support. I also sent a video. I'm waiting for a response. Maybe they are troubleshooting the issue.
