Adobe connect trial failure

I'm trying to download a free 30 days trial of Adobe connect learning, but getting an error 403 message.

Any thoughts?

The trial should be for Adobe's cloud based version of Connect. With a 403 error, it means that you are being denied access to whatever you are trying to download. Can you share the link you are trying to use?
