Adobe connect turns off whenever trying to share screen
Hello.
I am planning to do webinar with one of speaker, and he has a problem that whenever he tries to share his webcam or screen, the Adobe Connect application suddenly turns off. (Audio sharing is fine.)
He is using Mac OS, and we already have tried to disable firewall, open accessibility to Adobe Connect, but still occurs same situation.
Is there any solutions regarding this issue ?
