Adobe Connect unable to connect

I recently installed an on premise instance of Adobe Connect Server on my Server 2019 stacks. After deployment I found that clients are unable to access meetings via the APP or URL. The partial solution i have at the moment is inputting the IP address and domain name associated with the connect server within individual client devices host files.

I am wondering is there is something that I can do to enable clients to reach meetings without having to touch their host files?

Troubleshooting measures I've done:

•Ping test: clients on network able to ping Adobe Server

•NSLOOKUP: Adobe Server Name resolved

•Verified Domain Controller has DNS A record for Adobe Connect Server

Some times DNS records take a little time to be seen by computers through the public internet. If the URL was working by manually modifying the host files, that may just indicate that things weren't available over the web just yet. Are you still seeing this issue now that it's been a day?

I gave it 24hrs and the issue still persisted.
