ADOBE CONNECT Upgrade Timetable didn't work for my acc.

I could'nt determine when my Adobe Connect account will be upgraded to Adobe Connect 11.0

my account is arel.adobeconnect.com

No result when I write my account.

what could be the problem?

    I don't see updated dates listed on the release notes page, and I see that your account is not working in that widget. 

    I'd recommend you look to either your reseller to get the upgrade date from Adobe or try opening a meeting room. In a meeting you should get a notification at the top right of the room giving notice of when the upgrade will happen. 

    Adobe's hosted environments will start upgrading on 30 August, but I'm not sure where in the schedule the EMEA servers are placed. Often they are first or last, but I'm not sure which it is in this case. Looking at https://status.adobe.com/products/3011  it looks like one North American server is scheduled to be upgraded on 30 August. You can keep an eye on that site to see when your server (EMEA6) shows up in the scheduled maintenance.
