Adobe Connect - Upload MP4 Issue

Hi AC Team,

Our objective is to prepare for a Webinar this Monday.

Using AC we recorded a session. We polished the recording by downloading an offline copy. Now we want to upload to AC for given event so we can project the same during on Webinar Monday.

During upload, the system gives message - There was an error converting your file.

The snapshot along with MediaInfo of the MP4 file is attached for reference.
