Adobe Connect webcam issues

Hi.

I hope somebody can help me. Adobe Connect is installed on my Windows 10  Home pc. I had a virtual class on the 13th of January.  I could connect to the virtual class but the problem is that the teacher could see me but in the window where you see all the participnats, I could see all of them but on the frame where my name is displyaed I could my name but not my image. I tested my equipment and everything was fine. Can you please help. Do I have to change some settings. I have a Logitech C920 webcam. Please help. Thanks
