Adobe Connect: White Screen bug for past videos

Trying to view old videos and when "play" is pressed, the entire screen blanks out, including buttons.

I have the same result from 3 different computers (different Windows OS).

-Firefox

-Chrome (incognito/normal)

-Edge

-Mobile (Chrome/Firefox)

-Adobe Connect (PC)

Nothing solves the issue.  I have tried adding modifiers to the link (GPU and launcher).
