Adobe connect will not load on Windows 10

Question

I just bought a new computer with windows 10.  I am using Fixfire as a browser and tried to view some school recordings.  It says I have to download the program so I did.  It installed but would not give me the open to run and will not open the videos.  Am I missing something?

What were you prompted to download? Flash or the Connect Add-in?

You shouldn't need to run any program to watch a recording. Clicking the link for the recording should cause the appropriate application to be used to watch the recording, and the Add-in shouldn't be required to watch a recorded meeting.
