Adobe connect windows aplication hangs on start

Adobe connect windows application hangs on start on this screen:

It works fine if I add ?launcher=false in the end of link.

But I need sreen share option, so I need windows application.

Chrome, flash and Adobe connect windows app is updated.

Windows version: 8.1 updated.
