Adobe Dowload Manager

I signed up for a free trial of Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional. Download will not complete. Says I need to download Adobe Download Manager first....Where Is IT?. I have been trying for an hour to figure the messages out and keep going around in a circle with Adobe.

    Where is adobe download manager. I have the same problem.

    Dear Adobe, Please make this easier to download trial versions. How can I present upgrade to my supersivor if I can't show the advantages of moving forward? How can do that if I can't find the Adobe Download Manager to get the download? It's Saturday. I can't do this any other time but today, and now the day is wasted. I might not be able to get to this for another month now.

    this is frustrating to say the least. by the time I have another free Saturday, the trial period will have expired.

    I did trial download last ngiht AND today as well, while I didnt have same error you both have I having different issue and on phone support didnt help.

    I get it downloaded, and get to the point to click launch, then run and that is al it does. Just keeps going back to launch then run but it never does either. UGHHHH frustrating.
