Adobe Express Down?

Hi, is Adobe Express down everywhere?

Our Clever link does not work: https://new.express.adobe.com/?src=clever&role=school_admin

And the Adobe browser link in Createive Cloud does not work: https://new.express.adobe.com/

Is this something that is systemwide or local? Other Adobe apps are working, but Express seems to be down. Just in case it is a local or regional issue, my school district is Calvert County Public Schools, in Maryland.
