Adobe Flash Player plugin are crashing

Hello,

Thank you for the free trial which we have started.

I have a problem with the webcam because the Adobe Flash Player plugin are crashing. We don’t have this problem in any other applications where we am using webcam.  Even in safe mode in Firefox I have the same problem.

I have tried for several hours to get through to the Adobe Connect  Chat support but so far no luck.

I have done what I could find to solve this problem, including;

I have done a DxDiag test and it shows that everything is OK.

I hope you will be able to help me out or get Adobe support. We are keep to test Adobe Connect and if it is working for us we will start a subscription and later on also a subscription for the Adobe Webinar.
