Adobe Presenter and Adobe Connect flip graphics in slides

I am having an issue where I publish a presentation through Adobe Presenter and when I upload the file to our Adobe Connect server, part of the template graphic is flipped (the mirror image of itself). I have attached two photos to demonstrate what I'm talking about. Has anyone seen this issue or know of a workaround?
