Adobe Presenter: internal error

Dear, I bought Adobe Presenter. The installation runs smoothly, opening to PowerPoint too.

When I want to record my video by clicking on the red dot, a frame appears with the following message:
"Application encoutered an internal error
If the problem persist, please report on product support forums or contact the support team. "

I also installed the program on another computer but I had the same problem there.
I also changed all my resolution from my screen to different channels.

    Adobe Presenter is part of e-Learning.  I am moving your question to the Captivate forum where concerned experts will see this.

    There is indeed no Presenter forum anymore, but that doesn't mean that it is not supported.

    At this moment Presenter is under the Connect forum, not the Captivate forum.

     

    I really apologize for all the wrong information you got.  I feel especially sad about '...That program is not supported here,

    That program is not supported here, only the programs listed at https://community.adobe.com/

    Thank you, but I see neither this problem nor an answer on this website. Where exactly can I find the necessary solution?
