Adobe videos which are stored in the room do not play smoothly

Please can you check if adobe connection is correct. as we checked with our network team we have real good signal strength via LAN. still when we upload in adobe the viedos do not play smoothly.

    Videos take a lot of bandwidth to play, and most of the time, the cause of videos that don't play smoothly is videos that are unnecessarily high resolution.

    I've been consulting and teaching Connect use for 8 years. The majority of videos I've seen uploaded during that time are of a higher resolution and quality--and thus take up more bandwidth--than they need to for a Connect presentation. If your videos are HD, ask if they NEED to be HD within Connect. Check the pixel dimensions (size) of the video. Is it substantially larger than the average size it will appear within Connect?

    You can use many different applications (just about any video editor as well as Adobe Media Encoder) to reduce the resolution and/or size of a video.

    What format are the videos? What is their resolution and bitrate?
