    The Connect Pro product team is focused on our Community Site ConnectUsers.com.  In the future, please ask your Connect Pro questions here: http://www.connectusers.com/forums/cucbb/

    There are a team of people(from Adobe and also users)  who moderate the ConnectUsers.com forums and you'll undoubtedly have a much better experience there and maybe even find a resolution to your question that has already been posted.
