After upgrading to 9.2 - bugs

- Forms are messed up - look here http://note.io/1gxE4AP

- I am unable to upload images for event (they are not being uploaded - no error message)

- Sometimes I am unable to turn on social login (without any reason)

- I can select Social login but cannot select service - sometimes I am forced to enter registration limit even though there's none

Any ideas?
