Question

All of my Adobe Connect events freeze on the connecting screen when trying to access them this morning. I need to do a presentation in 45 minutes please help

I have tried to connect from PC / MAC from and from Chrome, Safari and IE no love yet

    The hang on "Connecting..." is usually a sign of port 1935 being blocked. Check your firewall settings or with your IT department for traffic being allowed over port 1935.

    I was able to get a support number for adobe connect to speak to someone and get them to do whatever they had to do to get their server (that my events are on) running again.  I have been using Connect for 5+ years and this morning was one of the rare times that my events just froze and I tried every option including this forum to reach out for help.
