"Allow Camera" option for participants

Participants to my meetings do not get the "Allow Camera" option when they log onto my meeting. In both instances I believe these were Logitech Web Cams. They've run the diagnostic from the troubleshooting page and flash player is working. Any suggestions?

    Check there Enhanced Participant Righs for each user make sure they have the Camra and Voice Pod Checked off to be able to use it. In the Attendee List highlight the user and the gear in the bottom right corner to get to the Enhanced Participants Rights, If i recall by default Participants do not have access to use video just hosts and presenters.

    yep, a normal participant does not have the rights to this function by default, you need to use the enhanced participants rights or just promote them to at least presenter.
