Allow Participants to See "Individual Engagement"

I really need to allow participants to see the "Individual Engagement" red/yellow/green dots. NOT just the hosts. Please tell me there is a way I can make it so participants can see this. Just seeing it will boost their engagement.

The Individual Engagement is a Host only feature in Connect. You could promote everyone to a Host (I wouldn't recommend) but I don't think there is another practical way to show this to Presenters or Participants.
