Already spent hours trying to get Adobe Connect to work after install... is it worth it?

Tried attending a Webinar.  Told me to install Adobe V11.  Installed.  Said it was successful.  Went back to Webinar.  Told me to install Adobe V11.  Tried 3 more times.....??  Still unable to attend this Webinar!!!

    hmmm,  I was considering buying this but am now worried.

    You may want to try to uninstall Flash Player through this method, http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html#main_Download_the_Adobe_Flash_Player_uninstaller, and then reinstalling Flash Player.

    Not sure what is happening in your case but if you are using Google Chrome then that may fail to detect the Add-in even after you install the Add-in and Chrome will keep asking you to install the Add-in. Try to install the Add-in and then try a different browser.

    This may not apply in your case but I think is worth trying.
