another ticket

Since the update to AC11 (last saturday) I get several notifications from our students that after loggin in the connection is being torn down and the following message appears:

 

' another connection is already being made with this ticket' 

I can't reproduce the fault on my Mac or PC.

Anyone a suggestion?

    I tink i have a solution. Works until now.

    Try to go to your meeting in ' in private mode'.

    When this works the problem is proberly caused bij coockies.

    Remove them from your browser and it should work again.

    I'm having the same issue in the USA. I'm the meeting host, and it doesn't let me log to my own meeting but instead says that there's another connection with this ticket, whatever that means. This update is a MESS.
