APAN - Can not connect to our room - Adobe Connect times out?

We log in to out APAN accounts and go to our group room.  https://community.apan.org/wg/cmd/  From here we click on an icon the leads us to our APAN common operating room... it goes to Adobe Connect  hhtps://connect.apan.org/r3hhd38kx/?launcher=false  and times out.  We have re-launched and refreshed our browsers many times.  How do we fix this?

    You should start by reaching out to APAN and see if they are having issues with their Connect servers. The link for the room you provided appears to no longer be valid, but it appears that you either have a firewall issue or they may have been having issues with their AMS instances that Connect uses.
