Api action report-event-participants-complete-information returns no-data

I use the API to create meetings, add hosts and participants and get any q&a's asked during the meeting.

When I ceate a meeting through the UI and execute the api action report-event-participants-complete-information, I get the list of participants for the given meeting and any q&a asked which is right.

However, if the meeting has been created using the api action sco-update, the returned xml from the report-event-participants-complete-information call is empty (no-data).

Why is this happening? It seems like the webinar created through the api is not exectly right, but I can not locate why.
