Attendance Engagement colors

What do the colors of the Attendee Engagement bar to the left of the microphone mean?  You have not updated the help window on them as far as I can see.

    It's also worth noting that the engagement indicator in the Attendee list is of the previous 90 seconds or so. So you will see the colors change from green to red fairly quickly.

    Also, keep in mind that there are cases where someone is paying attention and actively engaged in the session but has a red engagement marker. This can be because they are using dual monitors and clicked on an application on the other monitor. Since Connect sees this as a loss of focus in the room, their engagement status will drop. Point being, take the engagement indicators with a grain of salt, and know that you may need to ask the people in your sessions to actively participate in chat/polls/etc. to ensure good engagement.

    It matches the engagement pod in the presenters only area.  This article does talk about individual engagement about halfway down.
