Question

Attendee/Viewer screen is tiny when viewing and/or presenting webinar

I have two people who recently purchased new laptops and when connecting to Adobe Connect, their window is SUPER tiny.  We have messed with the laptop resolution, full screen view etc...but nothing seems to work.  Anyone else have this issue and a fix?

Shot in the dark here, are they using Lenovo laptops with the super high resolution monitors? I recall that using Chrome worked better than FireFox, as Flash Player in FF can end up showing the room (or whatever Flash object you are looking at) in 1/4 of the window. I don't recall what fixed it, other than refreshing the computer and reinstalling FF and Flash. The Lenovo I have access to isn't mine, so I don't use it on a regular basis. You may also want to play with the auto scaling settings for dealing with making things viewable at the higher resolution settings.

Of course, if that isn't the case, could you give us more information about their computers and what they are using to access Connect?

Thanks for replying!  One of them happen to be a Lenovo with Windows 8.1, 64bit OS--It's not the same Lenovo that is reported in the known issues on the AC support pages.  The other is a Dell XPS 13 (Windows 8.1, 64 bit)  Both are laptops, which I'm not sure makes a difference.  I will have them try opening in Chrome and try reinstalling FireFox/Flash.  Hopefully it will work.
