Attendees cannot view video pods through mobile app

My attendees indicate that they are unable to watch videos that we play during our events.  Are video pods supported via the iOS app?  If so, are there any specific steps I need to do to make them work for my attendees?

For videos to work in the mobile app, they need to be FLV videos. I know this is counter intuitive, but MP4 videos will just show as unsupported content.
