A VERSÃO DO GOOGLEPLAY ESTA DESATUALIZADA, POR FAVOR COMO FAÇO PARA ATUALIZAR MEU CELULAR, TABLET???

    Current version should be 2.5.2, Adobe Connect - Android Apps on Google Play, what version are you seeing?

    Instalei a versão 2.5.2 no celular e no tablet, mas quando acessamos o adobe connect,

    apresenta o seguinte texto: "Cannot join meeting. The server version is older than the minimum 8.2 version required."

    Ah, so the issue is the Connect Server you are trying to use is on a version that is older than Connect 8.2. Looking at the release notes, version 2 of the Mobile app provided full support for Connect 8.2 and newer while version 1.7 of the mobile app supported Connect back to version 7.5. All the release notes can be found here: Adobe Connect Help | Release Notes

    I don't see an option to download version 1.7 of the mobile app, but I would recommend reaching out to Adobe Support to see if they can help: Adobe Connect Help (@ConnectSupport) | Twitter
