Audio and Video doesn't work if I use VPN, how can solve it?

I need to use Adobe Connect and I would like to use VPN in the conection but when I try appear the next message:
"Failed to connect to audio/video due to restrictive network firewall/web proxy settings"
If I disconnect the VPN it works without problem, someone know how to use Connect with a VPN without fails?

    VPN connections are a bit of a challenge with Connect. The audio and video for meetings in Standard (or Classic mode if you are hanging on to that) use the RTMPS protocol over port 443 if you have the meetings encrypted with SSL. Most VPNs don't accept that protocol so you have to split tunnel and just whitelist the traffic to the servers over port 443 to allow audio and video to work.
