Audio connection with PGi not working right

Recently we have encountered some additional, strange audio issues while using PGi teleconference services in our AC meetings. It appeared that the application was "attempting to dial" the Hosts the entire meeting, and phone icons never showed up for our Participants. We were unable to access any audio features like mute or volume control for the audio broadcast, as well as see who was speaking (no speaking icon). Not sure if this was an AC or PGi issue.
