Audio is cutting out every minute and then coming back, so we are missing conversation flow, I realise that the audio does cut out, but it is never as frequent as every minute, what can I do?
The audio connection during a live meeting is cutting out for 1-2 seconds every minute. I recognise that the audio does cut out but it has never been as bad as this. We record the meetings for others to listen to at a later time and it is proving quite difficult to listen back to. We connect through the IE9 browser and are using an external microphone and speaker system. Can you provide any advice as to what we can try?
