Audio issue in meeting

I have built a lobby that includes both video and audio (separate files). I'm hosting the event using the Adobe App on my Mac.

 

Both files are loaded into Adobe Connect as online content.

 

The video file plays and has no sound -- just infographics but is a video file. No issues there and uses the share document function in a share pod.

 

The audio file is an MP3 and is shared in a separate share pod. It appears not everyone who joined the meeting using a browser was able to hear the music. They can, however, hear presenters just fine once we get to that phase of the program. Those using an app and possibly some of those using browsers heard the audio without any problems. The recording of the event also recorded the music.

 

Is this a glitch or a known limitation? I'm trying to figure out why the MP3 couldn't be heard by some but could be by others.
