Audio output from adobe connect can only be heard from one ear.

One of our students is complaining that he can only hear audio in Adobe Connect from one ear. His audio setup seems to be ok. Also, he doesn't have this issue on Google Meet, but he has the same problem as Adobe Connect with Skype. Any fixes?

I would start with ensuring that the computer system being used by the student is compliant with Adobe Connect by using the meeting test link.

Part of the test includes testing the audio/microphone set up i.e.

 

 

run the tests and hopefully that will resolve the issue for the student.
