Why does the audio produced by our software that is usually emitted by the CU speakers not being delivered to our clients witnessing a demo via Adobe connect?

    Hi jakedaniels,

one more point to notice while publishing audio.

After clicking "connect My Audio" in meeting room , please make sure that in attendee pod with the user name mic icons were coming when user is speaking something.

Also run the Audio Setup wizard once to make sure your microphone and machine connection is correct .

you'll find audio setup wizard at : login in the room --> meeting menu --> Audio Setup Wizard...

Are you sharing your software via screen sharing? Screen sharing only shares the image on your screen, so audio would not be part of that. You could have a microphone that broadcasts the audio that is output by the computer speakers if needed.

    Hello Jake

You have to click on connect my audio option which is located on top of the meeting poge . If you are sharing your screen and playing any audio on your screen people as would not be able to hear it as its playing on your screen at your end

    Thanks
