We are not able to use VoIP while connected to telephony conference with PGi. IN settings, we enable the mic for participants, but it does not show up for the attendees that are not connected via phone.

That image shows that the phone bridge is attempting to call your phone. In that state, using VoIP wouldn't be an option for you. When you click the phone or audio icon at the top of the room, if VoIP and phone audio are enabled you should see a choice to connect via phone or computer audio.
