Audio volume with Adobe Connect voice (VOIP)

We switched to doing all of our conferences through Adobe Connect's audio/voice with the microphones.

Some speakers sound incredibly quiet playing on the participant computers, even when the speaker has the volume all the way up on their microphone (through the "Adjust microphone volume".

Are there any other audio tools we can use to boost the volume of the speaker for the participants benefit?
