Automated Notifications for Webinars
My company uses Adobe Connect for our virtual training courses and also for webinars.
I am not interested really in the training course notifications - our registrations are minimal and can be handled manually. However, when it comes to webinars...the manual process is too much. I would like to be able to link my website to Adobe Connect so that when I get a registration, Adobe also gets the same registration. Then, an automated email will be send with log-in information and a calendar event. I would also like to send a reminder email to all registrants as the time approaches and then follow up emails (those that attended and those that didn't attend).
We have the Meeting feature enabled, but not the Seminar or Event Management features enabled. Can I do what I discuss above in the Meeting feature or would I have to use one of the other features...if so, which one? Can I also get some pricing?
As far as the integration with my website, would that be through a third party or can I embed code onto my page to establish a direct link? Thank you for your help,
