Best Media Encoder settings for using video files in Connect Pro

It really depends on your audience, their bandwidth and what you are trying to do with the video. Higher resolution and bit rate video demands more bandwidth. HD video may or may not be of benefit, as the video will fit within the share pod.

Personally, I try to stick with these settings (they will change depending on the video, but this is where I start):

720 X 480

800 kbps bit rate

H.264 FLV or MP4 (MP4 tends to perform better at this point, but it may be worth having both, just incase one doesn't work out correctly)
