Best practices for sharing different pods with internal and external people

I have a monthly presentation where I display a PowerPoint to a large group of people in my conference room.  At the same time, I'm sharing the PowerPoint and a webcam video feed to people outside of the room/in the field. 

To display the PowerPoint to people in the conference room, i have another computer that is connected to the projector, join the meeting as a guest and then maximize the pod showing the PowerPoint.  The control computer can then advance the slides and force presenter control to share any videos.  This way, the people in the room don't also see the live video feed.  It works okay but it seems like there could be another way. 

Anyone have any other ideas?
