Blacklisted participants

Hello

 

Actually I've found out that one of our participants was moved into blacklist after a meeting.

          Could you please turn them back, beacuse the really didn't do anything.

    Can you show an example of what is saying they are blacklisted? This isn't a feature of Adobe Connect so I'm struggling to understand what you are seeing.

    This eror will appear when he tap on 30 days free trial, or tap the link to enter the meeting room.

    That looks to me like their IT department has a block on accessing that page. The page in your screenshot is an authentication for Creative Cloud, not Adobe Connect. Adobe Connect doesn't use the adobe.com id to grant access.
