Blank serviceplan screen

I want to cancel my subscription later this evening. When I go to admin/service plan all I get is a blank screen - help!

    You should have contact information in your welcome email, and you can reach out to Adobe via the options given on the purchase page for your Connect account. Those would be the best methods to get a resolution to your need.
