Bluetooth microphone not picking up sound on the Audio Set up Wizard or his class

My son has a Turtle Beach Stealth 600 to use for his classes which are on Adobe Connect.  We cannot get the microphone to pick up his sound.  Does anyone have hints of how to get it to work?  We are operating on Windows 10Pro.
