Blurry text while using ACP

We are trying to use Adobe Connect Professional to teach others at a different site and they can't read text on some of the screens.  We are using a live site via the web so we can't change font size like you can in a slide or document.

Any ideas?

    This problem is usually caused when sharing a screen which has a larger resolution than that being broadcast to ie sharing a 1920x1080 to a 800x600 as an example

    Get your viewers to click the 'scroll' button near the bottom left of the window..this will change the resolution to match the screen being shared.

    Also check the quality settings of the screen you are sharing..there is a choice of high quality images etc ...see in the 'Manage my settings' part of the menu at top of screen in ACP.

    Dave, can you post more detail about the issue?  is this when you are sharing a desktop or typing in a chat or text pod?
